The staff was attentive, knowledgeable. The bedrooms were spacious. Everything was really good. The location was so ideal, not too far from Lg Arena. A great selection of food options close to the venue. I loved the hotel!

Sincerely, it was a comfortable stay especially for a Saturday. The full English breakfast offered plenty of dishes. Everything was excellent and within 5 minutes' drive of Birmingham airport.

Obliging staff, amazing service, welcoming and fully-equipped rooms. All in all it's neat place, they have perfect beds. Beautiful location, right next to genting arena. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel;)))

Shocking views; cold breakfast.
